6. Troubleshooting

Take out the duplex unit (3) by pulling it obliquely upward while holding the
center recess on the back of the machine.

Check for jammed paper inside the machine. If jammed paper remains,
remove it.
• If paper is invisible, check the innermost part of the printer.

Check if paper remains in the duplex unit. If jammed paper remains, pull it out
gently. Check the back side of the duplex unit and remove jammed paper
gently if it remains.

Open the upper duplex unit cover (4) and check for jammed paper. If jammed
paper remains, remove it, and close the cover.

Replace the duplex unit (3) to the machine.

Close the front cover (2).
Task is complete.
