Description
Negotiated Speed shows the speed of data transfer that the disk negotiated while spinning up and upon
initial communication with the controller. This speed is dependent on the speed of the disk, the capable
speed of the controller, the current speed of the controller on that connector, and the speed of the EMM
(Enclosure Management Module) on the enclosure.
