These registers contain the wide screen signaling (WSS/CGMS-A) data for NTSC.
For NTSC, the bits are:
Bits 0–1 represent word 0, aspect ratio.
Bits 2–5 represent word 1, header code for word 2.
Bits 6–13 represent word 2, copy control.
Bits 14–19 represent word 3, CRC.
