You will find all components necessary to complete your storage shed. Refer to your buy list for specific contents which will vary. 3 4 Start at the corner and use the square to make sure the corner is flush and fasten with 3” nails. Next square up the floor as shown. 6 5 Make sure the OSB is flush with the 2x4 and fasten with 2” nails.

Locate the 2x4’s for plates as shown. 9 10 Next place the 2x4’s for the windows if you have purchased a workshop and fasten with 3” nails. 11 Next locate the Smartside siding as shown. Next make sure top is flush with 2x4 and fasten with 2” nails. 15 16 Continue with Smartside siding installation. Fasten header piece with 2” nails as shown in picture before. 18 17 Next install door stops as shown. Keep flush with the top of 2x4 not Smartside and secure with 2” nails. Construction Manual Install the trim block in the center of the header and secure with 2” nails.

Make sure your opening measurement is 48” or 60”. That depends on the building size. 48 47 Continue with walls as shown. Fasten with 2” nails. 51 52 Next nail the bottom of the building with 2” nails 8” o.c all the way around. Nail the corners every 6” to 8” with 2” nails. 54 53 Next locate the truss parts. Measure your wall before fastening the last brace with 2 1/2” screws. 60 59 Measure your wall before fastening the last brace. Install the truss as shown and fasten with 3” nails. 63 64 Install the trim on the front side as shown. Continue with 2 3/4” trim. 66 65 Next install roof sheeting as shown and fasten with 2” nails. Use the tin snips to cut drip edge so it will bend. 72 71 Measure 6” over the drip edge and snap a chalk line as shown for starter strips. Next install the window and fasten with 2” nails as shown. 81 82 Next install the shutters and secure with provided screws for shutters. Install 2 3/4” trim as shown and secure with 2” nails. 84 83 Next install the bottom trim. Install the door with 1 1/4” black headed screws, 3 per hinge, as well as (1) 2 1/3” blackheaded screw per hinge. 87 88 Install the barrel bolts as shown with 1 1/4” screws. Install the next door like the door like the door before. 90 89 Install the top barrel bolt as shown. Drill a 5/16” hole as shown. 93 94 Drill a 5/16” hole for the barrel bolt. Now install the latch on the door, with 1 1/4” screws. 96 95 Continue with the latch.
