Purpose Enables or disables automatic overscoring of all characters.

= 0, 2, 4... disables automatic overscoring (any even value
from hex 00 through hex FE)

= 1, 3, 5... enables automatic overscoring (any odd value
from hex 01 through hex FF)
Discussion When automatic overscore is enabled, all characters, including
spaces, are overscored. Full-height graphics characters are not
overscored.

rather than interpreting the code values as commands.

Discussion The number of data bytes specified by

(hex 00 through hex FF). Data values that do not correspond to
standard ASCII codes will print as spaces.
