If the Pad you have is not listed in the Trigger Setup menu, upgrade the firmware of your DTX module.

Adjust the parameter value for Gain (Menu Mode [5-5]) and Minimum Level (Menu Mode [5-6]) according to your preferences.

· In the Trigger Setup Edit mode [TRIG2], set the Pad Type (Type) to “RHH.” - TP70S: a value that corresponds to TP65S

· To use the Pad as a Hi-Hat, set the Pad Type (Type) to “HH-1” in the Trigger mode [TRIG2] (only Input 7 can be used).

When connecting a drum module with a 2- or 3-Zone Pad using a stereo cable, change the settings for Trigger Input jacks

on the rear panel as shown below.

· DTX502 series: Set the parameter value for Pad Type (Trigger Setup page) to "OFF."

· In the Trigger mode [TRG2], set the Pad Type (Type) to “TP2/SnrA” or “TP2/SnrB” or “TP2/Tom.” · DTX500, DTXPLORER, and DTXPRESS series: Set the parameter value for Gain (Trigger Setup page) to "0."

· When you hear little or no sound when you hit the Pad softly, increase the parameter value for Gain in TGR3 (Gain and MVI). · Other modules: Set the parameter value for Minimum Level (Trigger Setup page) to "99."
