Parameters: There are two digital channels, so n can be either 1 or 2.
Response: An ASCII string is returned containing the mode. The mode can be “Digital
Input”, “Trigger Pulse”, “Trigger Cont.”, or “On For Scan”. See the Digital I/O
chapter of the user’s manual for more information.

Description: Write the operation mode of the n

digital channel. The mode determines whether
the channel is an input or output, and which type.
Parameters: There are two digital channels, so n can be either 1 or 2. For the mode, this
command expects an ASCII string containing the mode. The mode can be “Digital
Input”, “Trigger Pulse”, “Trigger Cont.”, “On For Scan”, or “Counter”. See the
Digital I/O chapter of the user’s manual for more information.
Response: None.

Description: Read the trigger source for the n

digital channel. This is the source of the value
which is compared against the trigger point.
Parameters: There are two digital channels, so n can be either 1 or 2.
Response: An ASCII string is returned containing the source. The source can be “Stage”,
“PSI”, “Temp”, etc.
Example:
