Limited Warranty Policy
Home It Inc. warrants and guarantees that the products provided shall be of good
quality and free from defects and will be replaced or repair within 30-days of
purchase (proof of purchase will be required). Statements and representations
made by Home It, or its agent, shall not constitute a warranty of any kind.
What will the company cover a warranty?
If one of our products develop a fault due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer
you a replacement part or replacement item without any charges. The company
only covers products bought by Home It. So, you can buy from us without any
supreme confidence. In case of a warranty claim, do not hesitate to contact us.
What will void the warranty and doesn't cover by Home It?
Any abuse, misuse of the product, failure to follow instructions will void the
warranty. The guarantee doesn't cover damage caused by accident, negligence,
improper care, or the natural breakdown of colors and material. The warranty is
valid when using for regular personal or household use. The warranty also doesn't
cover damage caused by other products to our products.
If our product has a manufacturing defect and comes under warranty, contact us
as soon as possible so the company can obtain the item in its original form. Any
repairing attempt by you or anyone outside the company shall void the warranty.
