INSTALLATION
index / top
We strongly suggest that all the weather station sensors be connected to the weather station
and tested prior to installation so that you may become familiar with the operation of the
instrument.
The WR-25 uses three sensors to gather weather data. The wind direction and speed sensor, the
temperature and humidity sensor (a small black box) and the rain collector (see figure 1). The wind
sensor and the rain collector are designed to mount to a television type mast (not provided). The
cables from the sensors attach to the console via RJ-45 connectors in the rear of the unit. Each
sensor has its own color coded plug, yellow for wind, blue for humidity/temperature and blue for
rain. The blue connectors are interchangeable with each other.
