Basic Accent Lamp

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

This is a generic illustration and may not be identical to your lamp.

Glass shapes, bases, and number of lights vary depending on your model number.

1. Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.

2. Place shade (B) onto socket assembly

3. Insert bulb into socket.

4. Tighten screws (C) to secure the shade in place.

Important:

Check the lamp socket for information on the maximum wattage

recommended for your specific lamp.

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives
