Using a screw or hook (not included), secure the mounting tab at the top of the timer to a wall or post.

Plug the timer into an out-door-rated three-pronged grounded electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords
to connect the timer to the power source.

When the timer is plugged in, the timer’s dial will turn clockwise. The pointer on the face of the dial points to the time of day.
1. Open the plastic transparent waterproof and dust-proof cover.(Figure 1)
2. Set the current time on the timer by turning the dial clockwise until the correct time is aligned
with the arrow on the center dial(Figure 2), P. M. times are indicated on the black side and A.M.
times are designated by the white side.
3. Using your finger, a pen or screw driver, pull up all the segments that correspond to the required
“OFF” period. For the required “ON” period make sure the segments are pushed down. You can
multiple “ON” /“OFF” settings per day. Each segment represent 30 minutes.

Safety Information
This timer is weather-resistant and rated for outdoor use. The timer will function outdoors when
installed and operated as outlined in this manual.
The timer is a “grounded” device, the male plug contains a ground pin and is only intended for
use with a three-pronged grounded outlet.
WARNING:
1. This timer is for use with a 125VAC/60Hz power source. Do not attach a device that exceeds
the unit rating. 2. Suitable for use with outdoor devices when mounted vertically with the
receptacle facing downward.
3. Install cord and unit above ground level with the receptacle in the downward minimum twice
vertical length of this unit positioned.
4. Not for water immersion or for use were directly exposed to water.

Turn the lamps or device’s switch for automatic control. The timer will not turn the lamp or device on if the lamp’s
switch is off. Then will now turn on and off the timer you had set.
The timer will stop operating if the power goes out. Once power is restored, the timer will restart programming
based on the current mode selected.
