Running the Storage Administrator in Read-Only Mode

vrts.server.readonly=false

NOTE You must stop and restart the server for this change to take effect.

• Start the client in read-only mode:

vmsa -r

• Connect to a host machine as a user who only has permission to run

the Storage Administrator in read-only mode on that host. This

enables read-only mode on the speciﬁed host machine.
