This populates the new server’s SM directory with the entries from the primary server. • After failover, the HA/NFS package IP address is configured on the adoptive node, and rpc.statd and rpc.lockd are killed and restarted.

NOTE This problem impacts only HA/NFS server systems running AutoFS. You can safely use AutoFS on client systems.

Cause The 11.23 ps cumulative patch PHCO_31594 (included in the 11i v2 September 2004 release) broke compatibility of the ps command causing Serviceguard NFS monitoring of the File Lock Migration script to fail.
