Per accendere il mixer ruotare in posizione “1” l’interruttore principale (posizionato sul lato posteriore della macchina) vedi foto A.. Per bloccare l’interruttore si può usare un Foto A lucchetto. Verificare che il pulsante di emergenza (I) non sia premuto (se è premuto sul display compare errore zero “E-0”). 10.2.

Se non è necessario evitare di utilizzare il pulsante di emergenza. 5) Se durante il funzionamento del Mixer Galileo viene premuto il pulsante di emergenza, prima di riavviare un nuovo ciclo di agitazione premere il tasto STOP (C) per riportare in posizione corretta il cestello.

TERMS OF WARRANTY LIMITED WARRANTY: FAST & FLUID MANAGEMENT warrants each unit manufactured to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months. The part unit shall be returned with transportation charges prepaid. If the fault has been caused by misuse or abnormal conditions of operation, repairs will be billed at a normal cost. In this case, an estimate will be submitted before work is started, if requested.

Residual risks list for the operator Even if all attentions have been considered during the projecting of the machine to guarantee a safety use it is possible to find situations rationally foreseeable for which it has been possible only to reduce the risk but not to eliminate it completely.

INSTALLATION CONDITIONS Before installation please make sure of the following: Place the Galileo Mixer on a firm and leveled floor 220-240 VOLTAGE: Provide a clean, grounded outlet of 220 / 240 Volt (or otherwise specified following local situations), which has a differential (MINIMUM 30mA), a magnetothermic protection of 16 Amp.

To switch the machine on turn in position “1” the main switch (positioned on the back side of the machine). See photo A.. To lock the switch, a locker must be used. Verify that the emergency push button (I) is not pushed down ( if it is pushed down error zero “E-0” appears on the display). 10.

Unless necessary, please do not use the emergency push button. 5) If during the functioning of the Mixer Galileo the emergency push button is pushed down, push the key STOP ( C ) to put the two blocking plates in the correct position before starting a new mixing cycle. Failure to do so will generate an error 4 “E-4” when pressing the or keys N.B.

After the closing of the plates the display has to visualize error E-7. The machine has automatically to start the cycle with a low velocity. 12.3. Cleaning Outside parts of the door Use a normal not abrasive product for the cleaning of the washable domestic surfaces.

Open the door and switch off the machine. Clean using a cloth the old lubricant and the possible residual paint (See paragraph 12.3) Greasing (first phase) Grease the vertical guides using a brush. Grease the plates command screws.

Cleaning and lubrication of the crown gear Preparation of the machine Close the door and switch on the machine Open completely the basket plates Open the door and switch off the machine. Using a key of 8 mm. remove the screws of the two protections of the crown gear. Cleaning of the crown gear Remove the old lubricant and the residual paints using a cloth (See paragraph 12.

Zum Einschalten des Mixers Hauptschalter (auf der Rückseite der Maschine) auf Position Foto A „1“ stellen, siehe Foto A.. Der Schalter kann mit einem Schloss blockiert werden. Prüfen, dass der Not-Ausschalter (I) nicht gedrückt ist (falls er gedrückt ist, erscheint auf der Anzeige Fehler Null „E-0“. 10.

Starttaste für hohe Geschwindigkeit drücken. Nach Schließen der Scheiben muss auf der Anzeige Fehler E-7 erscheinen. Die Maschine muss automatisch den Arbeitsvorgang bei niedriger Geschwindigkeit starten. 12.3 Reinigung Außenteile und Türchen Normales nicht kratzendes Hausreinigungsmittel für waschbare Oberflächen verwenden.

Empfohlene Schmiermittel Für offene Zahnräder ein allgemeines gelbes klebriges Fett, Klasse N.G.L.I. 2 verwenden. Vorbereitung der Maschine (erster Schritt) Maschine mit geschlossenem Türchen einschalten. Scheiben des Korbs vollkommen schließen. Türchen öffnen und Maschine ausschalten.

Scheiben des Korbs vollkommen Mit einem Lappen altes öffnen. Schmiermittel und eventuelle Türchen öffnen und Maschine Lackreste entfernen (siehe Abschnitt ausschalten. 12.3.) Mit einem festen Schraubenschlüssel (8mm) Schrauben der beiden Schutzabdeckungen vor dem Kronrad entfernen.

Scheiben des Korbs vollkommen öffnen. Türchen öffnen und Maschine ausschalten. Korb von Hand um eine halbe Umdrehung drehen. Hebel drücken, Wagen herausziehen und blockieren. Einfetten Enthemmungshebel und Wellen des Auszugwagens Fett mit einem Pinsel auf den Hebel und besonders auf die dargestellten Kerben aftragen.
FAST & FLUID MANAGEMENT A Unit of Idex Corporation Kontrolle des Haupttreibriemens Kontrollieren, dass sich keine Dosen im Korb befinden. Mixer Galileo ausschalten, dazu hinteren Drehschalter betätigen. Rückwand durch Abschrauben von 14 Schrauben mit einem Kreuzschraubenzieher PZ 2 (Pozidrive Größe 2) entfernen. Spannung des Riemens prüfen, er muss sich beim Daraufdrücken mit dem Finger auf längeren freien Seite 5 - 10 mm durchdrücken lassen.

Enlever la boîte du panier avant d’éteindre la machine Ne pas introduire des boîtes endommagées dans le Mixer Galileo. Elles peuvent causer des dégâts au Mixer Galileo durant l’agitation. Utiliser le Mixer Galileo avec des boîtes endommagées c’est un risque pour l’usager. Boîtes déjà endommagées peuvent causer des dégâts à votre machine.
FAST & FLUID MANAGEMENT A Unit of Idex Corporation Bouton d’ urgence Il est conseillé que tous les travailleurs connaissent les positions et les moyens d’utiliser l’arrêt d’urgence pour d’ évidentes raisons de sûreté. L’ arrêt d’urgence est installé sur le tableau de commande du panneau opérateur positionné sur la partie frontale de la machine. La pression sur le bouton provoque immédiatement l’ouverture du circuit d’ auto-entretien de la tension avec l’arrêt suivant du moteur de rotation.

Placer Galileo Blander på et fast og jævnt gulv 220-240 V spænding: En stabil spændingsforsyning med forskriftsmæssig jordforbindelse og forsynet med en HPF Iafbryder (30mA) og 16A sikring.

Vær sikker på at nødstop(I) ikke er aktiveret, hvis det er aktiveret vil display vise fejlkode "E-0". 10.

Medmindre det er nødvendigt, så undlad at bruge nødstop knappen. 5) Hvis nødstop aktiveres under brug af maskinen, så tryk på STOP tasten ( C ) for at bringe blandeenheden i korrekt position før en ny cyklus påbegyndes.
