Procedures
1. Remove the rear lower plate and mount the
rear plate with suction inlet.
2. Set the companion flange to the base flange.
(M6
12 bolts and M6 nuts used)
3. Remove the suction grille and mount the blind
plate instead of the grille.
4. Remove the auxiliary suction grille on the side
and mount the blind plate instead of the grille.
5. Stick the heat resistant material on the front
lower plate.
