PLUMBING HAND TOOLS Warranty
BrassCraft® plumbing hand tools are for the professional and homeowner alike. BrassCraft
Manufacturing warrants that this plumbing hand tool will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for as long as you own it. If there is such a defect during the warranty period, BrassCraft
Manufacturing, at its option, will repair the product, replace the product, or refund your purchase price.
This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover defects or damages to the extent they relate to
abuse, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or failure to use the product according to the enclosed
written instructions. To make a claim under this warranty, contact BrassCraft® Customer Service at
1-877-272-7755. Original proof of purchase required. This warranty is not transferable.
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover special, incidental or consequential
damages whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to
state.
