Assembly Instructions Step 1 D E D Insert the dowels into the holes in bedsides 7 . E E E E Insert the dowels E into the holes in safety rails 8 and 9 and end panels 3 . E 3 E D E It may be necessary to tap the dowels in very gently with a small hammer. E 9 8 7 E Step 2 E Attach end panel 3 to the legs by placing the dowels into the holes in legs 1 and 2 . Push 2 barrel nuts B into the small holes in end panel 3 .
Assembly Instructions Step 4 Attach the second bedside 7 to the bed by placing the dowels into the holes in legs 1 and 2 as in the previous step. A B A B Push 2 barrel nuts B into the small holes in bedside 7 . Push 1x connecting bolt A through legs 1 and 2 to meet the barrel nuts B and fasten with the allen key. 1 7 B Don’t overtighten! A 2 Step 5 Insert the connecting double bolts Q to the short legs 10 and 11 .
Assembly Instructions Step 6 Attach end panel 3 to the legs by placing the dowels into the holes in legs 10 and 11 . A A B A B B 10 B Push 2 barrel nuts B into the small holes in end panel 3 . Push connecting bolts A through legs 10 and 11 to meet the barrel nuts B and fasten with the allen key. 3 B 3 holes up! A 11 A Don’t overtighten! Repeat for both bed ends. Step 7 Attach bedside 7 to the bed by placing the dowels into the holes in legs 10 and 11 .
Assembly Instructions Step 9 Assemble the two beds by putting one bed (with legs 1 and 2 ) on top of the other bed. G Attach the connecting double bolts Q in legs 10 and 11 with the upper bed by screws G through legs 1 and 2 . 2 G G Don’t overtighten! 1 1 11 G G 10 2 10 2 11 A Step 10 Attach safety rail 9 to the bed by placing the dowels into the holes in leg 2 . B A 9 B Push a barrel nut B into the small hole in safety rail 9 .
Assembly Instructions Step 11 Assemble the ladder by fastening treads 6 between the ladder sides 4 using screws M . M 4 M 4 Step 12 Place the ladder into the bed. Attach safety rail 9 to the ladder by placing the dowels into the holes in ladder side 4 . Push a barrel nut B into the small hole in safety rail 9 . Push connecting bolt I through ladder side 4 to meet the barrel nut B and fasten with the allen key. Fasten the ladder sides 4 to the bedsides 7 using the scews H .
Assembly Instructions Step 13 Place two slats 5 in the ends of the bed, against the legs. Fasten with four chipboard screws J . J 7 Place one slat 5 in the middle of the bed. Follow the measurements. 836 mm 836 mm 7 Push the bedsides together whilst attaching middle slat 5 to the bed with two chipboard screws J . J 5 J 5 J 5 7 Step 14 Position the remaining twelve slats 5 in the bed with an approximate distance of 64 mm between each.
Assembly Instructions Step 10 Attach wall mount brackets P to legs 1 and 2 with chipboard screws J . Attach safety rails 8 and 9 to bedsides 7 using mending plates N and chipboard screws C . P C J N 8 / 9 N C 7 9 7 8 1 7 2 P J Assembly is complete.
Assembly Instructions Bunk bed as 2x single beds: 2 Note: To acheive the single bed look shown here: 3 1 UPPER BUNK Remove both bed ends in the upper bunk, with long legs 1 and 2 from the assembled bed base frame. 3 Turn both end panels 3 so that the decoration groove now is at the same side as the 9 holes in long legs 1 and 2 .
