Assembly Instructions Step1 D Fitting dowels Insert dowels D into the indicated parts. D 03 03 D D D Step 2 I Assembling side rails A: Screw headless bolt I to footboard 02 as shown. Do not over tighten. A: 02 I G B: Insert washer F to the side rails 03 and fit footboard to side rails. G H F Fix headless bolts I using nuts H and spanner G .
Assembly Instructions Step 3 Attach side rails 03 to the headboard. Insert half moon nut B into side rails 03 as shown. B B 01 Then fix them to the headboard 01 using bolts A and allen key C . B C 03 A B 03 C 02 A Step 4 Fixing support foot Fix Support foot 05 to Central support 04 using Bolt O and Allen Key C as shown.
Assembly Instructions Step 5 Fixing L shaped brack Fix L shaped brackets L into pre-drilled holes in the headboard 01 and footboard 02 using screws J as shown. Do not over tighten screws. L J J J J 01 02 Step 6 Fixing central supp Fix central support 04 to L shaped brackets in headboard 01 and footboard 02 using bolts M and nut H as shown.
Assembly Instructions Step 7 Using spacer N, centralize slats in bed frame prior to fixing. Fix slats using screws E , as shown. Fix slats in one side first, then fix them in the other side by pushing the rail against the slats if necessary. E N Fixing slats E E N N N 06 Periodically check that all screws are tight. Step 8 Additional step to fixing slats Make sure that s slats screws never collide to the screws on the slats support bar, as shown in the diagram.
