Weston V-Slice Mandoline

Why use a V-slice mandoline. The V-shaped slicing blades provide more points of contact to food which allows for more creative cutting. A blade knob exposes the 1/4 in. and 3/8 in. julienne blades. A thickness knob adjusts your cuts from paper thin up to 1/4 in. thick. Also included are a food pusher for safe use; interchangeable plates that let you create wavy, waffle, or flat slices; grate, and do coarse and fine shredding.
