VITAL COAT X-440 sealer is a high performance, high solids water based low VOC Silane Siloxane penetrating sealer and water repellent for concrete and masonry surfaces. It penetrates deep into the surface and chemically reacts with the concrete to create a protective hydrophobic water repellent barrier yielding a longer lasting protection against water intrusion, salts, staining, freeze/thaw, mold and mildew, efflorescence, dusting, scaling and spalling.
