OSD's R62DT in-ceiling speaker is a testament to just how versatile stereo-input speakers can be. One speaker can be used for stereo music in a single room. Or you can buy a pair, switch them to "surround mode," and use them as surround speakers in your home theater system. Replete with finely crafted drivers, a custom crossover, and a tweeter level switch, the R62DT is an in-ceiling force to be reckoned with. OSD used premium materials for the R62DT's drivers. The speaker has a 6-1/2" graphite woofer with a butyl rubber surround that dishes out solid mid-bass and bass. There are also twin pivoting 3/4" silk dome tweeters mounted over the middle woofer for smooth, detailed highs. The speaker comes with a unique contour switch that changes the output level of the tweeters. There are -3dB, 0dB, and +3dB settings to help you match the speaker to the area's acoustics.
