Effective protection of the serial interface by galvanic separation (opto-coupler). Isolation voltage max. 2,500 V. Data throughput: 115 Kbps. Lines 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 20 are supported, the remaining lines are not present. Connections: 25-pin D-Sub socket (DCE) and 25-pin Connector (DTE). Can be directly plugged into a serial interface (DTE) with a 25-pin D-Sub connector.
