General Specialties UPM Series (Top of Pole Mounts)UPM mounts are available in a range of sizes to accomodate different PV arrays. These mounts are characterized by heavy duty construction, ease of assembly and easy adjustability to a seasonal tilt angle of 0° to 87°. Some of the large mounts can be adjusted to 90° for far northern latitudes; this feature is quite unique in the industry. All UPM mounts come standard with steel components powder coated and steel center tubes galvanized. The welds are strong, edges are clean and deburred, steel parts are substantial and robust, bolt holes line up the way they should. The panel mounting rails are 6061 T6 aluminum alloy angle. All mounts are designed for 35 lbs/sq foot wind loading. These mounts come with complete easy to understand instructions and all hardware needed which makes for a smooth and simple installation.
