The watering slots designed into the lid allow an appropriate amount of watering and disperses the water uniformly over the bed through 4 appropriately distributed drip holes. As easy as it is to assemble, it is equally easy to disassemble for storage over winter months when weather conditions preclude planting. The legs store easily inside the planter box and multiple planters can be nested to reduce storage space.
