Managing Packages
13.1 About Packages
Packages enhance the functions of your NAS. Your NAS support s various packages t hat let you do
m ore. Your NAS com es with som e packages pre- installed. The Pa cka ge s screen also includes a list
of packages t o add.
Note: Check what packages do before you install t hem . Only inst all packages you act ually
plan t o use.
Note: Get support for each package t hrough it s individual vendor.
13.2 Managing Packages
I n the adm inistrat or screens, click Syst em Setting > Pack a ges t o inst all, rem ove, or upgrade
packages. See Section 16.4 on page 207 for det ails.
