Our products are warranted to be free from defects under normal use. Zyliss guarantees all
products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years on manual appliances,
and 2 years on battery operated appliances, from the date of purchase. Exceptions apply to Zyliss
Control Cutlery (25-year guarantee) and Zyliss Fresh Food Storage (Lifetime Guarantee). If it
fails to meet your satisfaction, we will replace it with the same or an equivalent item. Please see
