15 TROUBLE SHOOTING
BEFORE USING THE WORK FOR DISPOSAL OF DEFECTIVE START, DISCONNECT THE
MACHINE FROM THE POWER SUPPLY.

After enter the correct
password and select
AUTO mode, but the
mower still cannot
start and the charging
station is beeping.
 The virtual wire fails to
send signals.
 The virtual wire was cut
off
 Check the virtual wire
light on charging station.
Be sure the virtual wire
is connected to the
charging station well
(light in colorless).
 Connect the virtual wire
with wire connectors.
After enter the correct
password and select
AUTO mode, but the
mower still cannot
start.
 No power to plug
receptacle or main
power is shut off.
Bad communication
between charging
station and mower.
 Check the power and
make sure the charger is
connecting well with
power supply and
charging station.
During operating,
mower stops cutting
enters standby mode
and beeping.
• User touch the handle at
backside of mower.
• Water or wet grass drop
on the handle.
• Do not touch the handle.
Restart the mower.
• Dry the handle and
restart the mower.
Mower stops working
and is beeping.
• Mower is lifted from
ground.
• Someone or object ride
or sit on the mower
• Take the mower on level
ground and restart it
• Take the object away
from mower and restart
it.
Mower stops working

• Running wheel strike
hard objects
• The mower is trapped in
lawn
• Clean the lawn and make
sure it is free from hard
objects.
• Clean the lawn where
mower is trapped or
restart the mower in
another place.

• Cutting height is too low
• Blades strike hard
objects
• Mower is trapped in
lawn
• Adjust the cutting height
to suitable height.
• Clean the lawn and make
sure it is free from hard
objects
• Clean the lawn where
mower is trapped or
restart the mower in
another place.
