Potential Chronic Health Effects: Signs and Symptoms: Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause defatting, drying, and irritation of the skin, dermatitis, central nervous system (CNS) effects, heart muscle sensitization and arrhythmia, hearing loss, and brain, liver, kidney, and testes damage. Toluene overexposure may cause burns of the skin, respiratory tract damage.
