EMERGENCY OVERVIEW: When in contact with moisture in eyes or skin, or when mixed with water Portland Cement becomes
highly caustic (pH>12) and will damage or burn the eyes or skin. Inhalation may cause irritation to the moist mucous membranes of
the nose, throat and upper respiratory system, or may aggravate certain lung diseases or conditions. Harmful if swallowed.
Causes eye irritation. Vapors irritating to eyes and respiratory tract. Combustible liquid and vapor. Harmful if inhaled. May affect
the brain or nervous system causing dizziness, headache or nausea. May cause eye, skin, or respiratory tract irritation. KEEP
OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Harmful if inhaled. Use ventilation necessary to keep exposures below recommended exposure
limits, if any.
