Safety information Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefully read the supplied instructions.

Never try to extinguish a fire with water, but switch off the appliance and then cover flame e.g. with a lid or a fire blanket. Do not store items on the cooking surfaces. Remove any spillage from the lid before opening.

In the absence of electricity you can ignite the burner without an electrical device. In this case approach the burner with a flame, push the relevant knob down and turn it to maximum position. Keep the knob pushed for equal or less than 10 seconds to let the thermocouple warm up. After igniting the oven gas burner 1. Release the knob for the oven functions. 2. Close the oven door. 3. Turn the knob for the oven functions to set the necessary heat setting. Oven - Using the accessories WARNING! WARNING! Use oven gloves when you remove the turnspit. The turnspit and the grill are hot. There is a risk of burns. Refer to Safety chapters. Inserting the accessories Wire shelf: The turnspit does not stop if you open the oven door. The wire shelf has a special shape in the rear which help with the heat circulation. CAUTION!
