Place the bass side leg section on a rug or other soft material spread on the floor with the hole for the pedal stay facing up.
Assembly Instrument 7. Attach the instrument to the rack. Side plate Position the instrument on the rack with the bolt holes (A) located on the side plate of the instrument aligned with the holes (B) on the rack side frame. Using the washers, spring washers, and knob head bolts supplied with the rack, attach the instrument to the rack from the underside of the rack (four locations). A Side frame Washer Take care not to pinch your fingers when placing the instrument onto the rack.
Assembly 10. Pedal Stroke Adjustment Loosen the center rod fixing bolts (refer to page 6) to adjust the protruding length of the center rod to the desired pedal stroke, and retighten the bolts. The recommended stroke (distance between pedal and floor) is 9/16" to 13/16" (1.5 to 2 cm). Pedal 9/16” – 13/16” (1.5 – 2 cm) Floor 11. Tone Bar Height Adjustment 11-1. Attach the supplied multi-frame clamp (RDC-10) to the rack pipe. 13-1 * Clamps can be attached as needed according to the accessories used. * The illustration shows one installation example. 13-1. Loosen the wingnut of the multi-frame clamp, and then remove the bolt from the slit. 13-2. Slide on the clamp at the position where the accessory will be installed. 13-2 13-3. MOTOR SPEED Slider Controls the fan rotation speed. z LED Indicator Lights when the power is turned on and flashes while the fan is rotating. START/STOP Button l Controller (Right Side) Starts and stops fan rotation. DC 12-15V IN Jack n Connects the power adaptor plug.
Assembly 1. Attach the driver. 1-1. Loosen the two wing bolts located underneath the treble side of the instrument. 1-1 Bass side Bottom view Treble side 1-2. Fully insert the driver mount into the support fitting. Loosen the fixing bolts. Slide the fittings. Assembly 3. Connect the driver with the controller. Driver Connect the MOTOR IN terminal of the driver with the MOTOR OUT terminal of the controller using the supplied 8P DIN cable*. Attach the round belt (fan belt)*.
Power Supply Prepare the supplied AC adaptor. z Connect the small plug of the AC adaptor to the DC 12-15V IN jack on the controller. Controller AC adaptor AC DC 12-15V IN x Plug the AC adaptor into a power outlet. * Wrapping the AC adaptor cord once around one of the legs will prevent accidental disconnection of the adaptor plug.
