- Check the following first when any problem occurs
- When a problem occurs: Power or overall functionality
- The power turns off suddenly
- The power cannot be turned on
- No operations can be performed from the sound bar’s controls
- All indicators are off although the power is on (the power appears to be off)
- The sound bar does not function correctly
- The sound bar turns on by itself
- The sound bar cannot be controlled with the remote control
- The sound bar cannot be controlled using the TV’s remote control
- Alexa does not respond when called
- The UPDATE indicator is flashing green
- When a problem occurs: Audio

Connecting an AV device to the TV’s HDMI input jack

Before connecting devices, be sure to read the following precautions.

Connect AV devices (such as BD/DVD players and set top boxes) to the TV using an HDMI cable (commercially
available). To connect multiple AV devices or switch AV devices for playback using the TV’s input selector, use
this connection method.
