- Check the following first when any problem occurs
- When a problem occurs: Power or overall functionality
- The power turns off suddenly
- The power cannot be turned on
- No operations can be performed from the sound bar’s controls
- All indicators are off although the power is on (the power appears to be off)
- The sound bar does not function correctly
- The sound bar turns on by itself
- The sound bar cannot be controlled with the remote control
- The sound bar cannot be controlled using the TV’s remote control
- Alexa does not respond when called
- The UPDATE indicator is flashing green
- When a problem occurs: Audio
- When a problem occurs: Bluetooth®
- When a problem occurs: Network
- Network functions cannot be used
- The sound bar cannot be connected to the Internet via a wireless LAN router (access point)
- A wireless network cannot be not found
- Audio cannot be played with AirPlay
- The sound bar is not detected on an AirPlay-compatible device
- Streaming services cannot be played
- An audio file on the media server (NAS, etc.) cannot be played
- Unable to update the firmware via a network

CLEAR VOICE button
Enable or disable the Clear Voice function (p.50).

BASS EXT button
Enable or disable the Bass Extension function (p.51).

Check information such as the type of audio signal being played and the settings for the sound bar’s functions
(p.60).

Mute the audio output (p.43). Press this button again, or press VOLUME (+/-) to unmute.

Switch the brightness of the indicators of the sound bar (p.58).

VOLUME (+/-) button
Adjust the volume of the sound bar (p.43).

SUBWOOFER (+/-) button
Adjust the volume of the subwoofer (p.49).
