■ Changing the Main display during exercise
This setting determines which parameter is indicated in the display during
your exercise session in Free Workout mode or Fitness modes.

The display cannot be changed in the Training modes.
1 Press the [MENU/BACK] button three times to call up the Change
Disp. display.
2 Press the ▲ (Up) or ▼ (Down) button to select the display.
Available settings:
Time, Distance, Pace, Calories, Heart Rate, Song
Refer to page 68 for detailed main display information.

When you are not exercising, select the Main Disp_Workout menu from the Display menu to set
the main display (page 68).
3 Simultaneously press the ▲/▼ (Up/Down) buttons to set the display
as the main display.
When you do nothing in the Change Disp. display, after ten seconds, the
display will automatically return to the normal display.
