SAFETY The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION People with pacemakers should consult their physician(s) before use. Electromagnetic fields in close proximity to a heart pacemaker could cause pacemaker interference or pacemaker failure. Caution is necessary when near the generator’s magneto or recoil starter. Use only accessories that are recommended by XtremePowerUS for your model. Accessories that may be suitable for one piece of equipment may become hazardous when used on another piece of equipment.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION DO NOT smoke, or allow sparks, flames, or other sources of ignition around the equipment, especially when refuelling. Before use, check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that may affect the equipment’s operation. If damaged, have the equipment serviced before using. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained equipment. Use the correct equipment for the application.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION 1. Before connecting an appliance or power cord to the generator: Make sure that it is in good working order. Faulty appliances or power cords can create a potential for electrical shock. 2. If an appliance begins to operate abnormally, becomes sluggish or stops suddenly, turn it off immediately. Disconnect the appliance, and determine whether the problem is the appliance, or if the rated load capacity of the generator has been exceeded. 3.
PARTS AND COMPONENTS 5
OPERATION PRE-OPERATION INSPECTION Generator OIL: Is a key factor in deciding the generator’s performance. Do not apply generator oil with additives or 2-stroke gasoline oil, as they haven’t enough lubrication, which may shorten the generator’s service life. 1. Before adding fuel, make sure the generator is on a level, flat surface equipment. Generator oil recommended: SAE10W-30. As viscosity varies with regions and temperatures, so the Lubricant has to be selected in accordance with our recommendation. 2.
OPERATION STARTING THE ENGINE ENGINE SWITCH: To start and stop the engine. SWITCH POSITIONS: OFF: To stop the engine ON: To start and run the engine RECOIL STARTER: To start the engine, pull the starter grip lightly until resistance is felt, then pull briskly. NOTE: Do not allow the starter grip to snap back against the engine. Return it gently to prevent damage to the starter. CHOKE ROD: The choke rod opens and closes the choke valve in the carburetor.
OPERATION GENERATOR USE 5.1 Always connect the generator to the earth to prevent misusing. The generator ground terminal is connected to the frame of the generator, the metal non-current-carrying parts of the generator, and the ground terminal of each receptacle. 5.2 The user shall integrate the generator with an earth fault supervise system to know that there is a fault and to track it and eliminate it promptly before a second fault occurs 5.

SPECIFICATIONS MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE Periodic inspection and adjustment of the essential if high level performance is to be maintained. Regular maintenance will also ensure a long service life. The required service intervals and the kind of maintenance to be performed are described on the table above. CAUTION: Use only genuine parts manufactured by the company or equivalents in quality; otherwise damage to equipment may occur.
SPECIFICATIONS AND MAINTENANCE TROLLEY ASSEMBLY: 1. Assemble the Wheel Bracket and Rubber on the frame with bolts and nuts.engine. Fix the Axle on the frame with bolts and nuts 2. Fix the left and right Wheels on the frame with splint pin. Fix the Handles on the frame with bolts and nuts. Install the Pin Roll, Pin Roll Cap and Back Spring on the frame.
MAINTENANCE NOTE: Do not dump oil containers or discarded engine oil into rubbish boxes or onto the ground. For the sake of environmental protection, we suggest you take in discarded engine oil with a closed container and bring to local recycling station. SERVICE OF AIR CLEANER: A dirty air cleaner may block enough air’s flowing into the carburetor. To keep the carburetor in Good working conditions, please service the air cleaner periodically.
MAINTENANCE The spark plug must be tightened securely, or it may become very hot to damage the engine. Only use recommended spark plug or the equivalent. Incorrect heat range of the spark plug may damage the engine. The muffler is very hot during running the engine and even a long Time after stopping. Never touch it, or you may get burns. Service After the engine cools down. A. Unscrew two nuts M4, and remove the exhaust elbow from the engine body. B.
TROUBLESHOOTING 14
TROUBLESHOOTING When testing the spark plug, never hold the high- voltage wire of the spark plug with wet hand.
