LIMITED 10-YEAR WARRANTY
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers any defects in workmanship and materials in your bakeware. This warranty applies to
consumer use only and is null and void if the product is used in a commercial or institutional setting.
How Long The Coverage Lasts
This warranty lasts for 10 years from the date of purchase.
Who is Covered Under this Warranty
This warranty is for the original consumer purchaser only. It is not transferable and proof of purchase must be
verified.
What Warranty Does Not Cover
Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse or an act of nature (such as a flood) is not covered. Scratches, stains,
pitting, discoloration, deterioration, warping or damage from overheating are not covered by this warranty. Also,
consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you.
What Wilton Will Do
Wilton will replace the bakeware if it proves to be defective in materials or workmanship with a new piece of
bakeware of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of the bakeware, whichever you prefer.
Limitation on Damages and Duration of Implied Warranties
Wilton will replace or refund this product as provided under this Limited Warranty. This shall be the only remedy of
the consumer. Wilton shall not be liable for any loss or damages, including consequential, indirect and incidental
damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product or for breach of any express or implied warranty or
condition on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by law, any implied warranties or conditions of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

¿Qué cubre la garantía?
La garantía cubre cualquier defecto de mano de obra y de materiales en su utensilio para hornear. Esta garantía se
aplica solamente al uso del consumidor y se anulará si el producto se usa en un entorno comercial o institucional.
¿Cuánto dura la cobertura?
Esta garantía dura 10 años a partir de la fecha de compra.
¿A quién cubre esta garantía?
Esta garantía es para el comprador original exclusivamente. No es transferible y se debe verificar el comprobante de
venta.
¿Qué no queda cubierto en la garantía?
No cubre problemas ocasionados por abuso, uso incorrecto o actos de la naturaleza (como una inundación). Esta
garantía no cubre rayones, manchas, marcas, decoloración, deterioro, deformaciones ni daños por recalentamiento.
Además, esta garantía tampoco cubre daños consiguientes y secundarios. Algunos estados no permiten la exclusión
o limitación de los daños secundarios o consiguientes, por lo que es posible que la limitación o exclusión que
antecede no corresponda en su caso.
¿Qué hará Wilton?
Si se demuestra que el utensilio para hornear tiene defectos de materiales o de mano de obra, Wilton sustituirá el
utensilio para hornear por uno nuevo de composición y precio similares o le hará un reembolso del precio total de
compra del utensilio para hornear; lo que usted prefiera.
Limitación de los daños y duración de las garantías implícitas.
Wilton sustituirá o hará un reembolso de este producto según se indica en la presente Garantía limitada. Esta será la
única solución del comprador. Wilton no será responsable por ninguna pérdida o daño, incluidos daños
consiguientes, indirectos y secundarios, que surjan del uso o imposibilidad de usar el producto o por incumplimiento
de alguna garantía expresa o implícita, o condición sobre este producto. Salvo en la medida en que lo prohíban las
leyes, toda garantía implícita o condiciones de comerciabilidad y aptitud para un objetivo específico están limitadas
en tiempo a la duración de esta garantía.
