Using the surface units
Use only flat-bottomed utensils for best results and to prevent damage to the cooktop.
Specialty items with rounded or ridged bottoms (woks, ridged bottom canners or tea
kettles) are not recommended.
Until You get used to the settings, use the following as a guide.

The built-in fan removes cooking vapors,
odors and smoke from foods prepared on the
cooktop. The fan should always be ON when
using the grill module. Turn the exhaust fan
control knob clockwise to turn the fan ON.Turn
counterclockwise to turn the fan OFF.

Before using the grill for the first time:

Wash, rinse and dry grill.

Use warm sudsy water.
