STUFFED PEPPER
Cut the peppers in half.
Remove the seeds and the ribs.
Soak the bread in the milk and then squeeze it dry.
Mix together the meat, cooked ham, bread, cheese
and chopped herbs to taste.
Stuff the peppers with this mixture and place them
in the dish.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Select “VEGETABLES” from the “RECIPES” menu then
the “STUFFED PEPPER” recipe and confi rm.
