Warranty

Lifetime Warranty:
Any Web Plus Filter found to be defective in
workmanship or materials will be repaired or
replaced upon proof of purchase date and prepaid
return to Web’s factory.
Any implied warranty, including the implied warranty
of merchantability and the implied warranty of
fitness for particular purpose, are expressly limited
to the duration of the warranty provided herein and
thereafter are expressly disclaimed and excluded.
Exclusive remedy: The remedy of repair or
replacement of any defective filter shall be the sole
and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser.
No other remedy of any kind, including the recovery
of incidental or consequential damages, shall be
available to purchaser.
Garantía vitalicia:
Todo filtro Web Plus, al que se verifiquen defectos
en mano de obra o materiales, se reparará o se
reemplazará mediante la comprobación de su fecha
de compra y la devolución del filtro a la fábrica de
Web con gastos de envío prepagados.
Toda garantía implícita, incluso la garantía implícita
de comerciabilidad del producto y la garantía
implícita de idoneidad del mismo para un propósito
específico, se limitan expresamente a la duración
de diez años de la presente garantía limitada.
Asimismo, se excluye y se renuncia expresamente a
la cobertura de las mismas al cumplirse dicho plazo.
Recurso exclusivo: El recurso de reparación o reemplazo
de todo filtro defectuoso constituye el único y exclusivo
recurso a disposición del comprador. No habrá a
disposición del comprador ningún otro recurso de
ninguna clase, incluso la compensación por daños
y perjuicios incidentales o emergentes.
