ASSEMBLY WARNING: Backwall with Metal Pegboard is only to be attached to one of the following Workbenches: WB5002, WB5003, WB5507. STEP 1: NOTE: To assemble the Backwall, the drawers and top must first be removed from the workbench. BB(2) REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRAWERS: FRICTION SLIDES EE(2) • Empty the drawer. • Fully extend the drawer. Push it back a quarter of an inch, (6 mm). • Insert a screwdriver into the slot in the slide and push in on the stop until it clears the lance.
STEP 2: STEP 3: CC(1) AA(8) EE(8) FF(8) • Install (1) CC in flanges of (2) B. Note: Option 1 shows mounting the backwall to a workbench with a 54 inch top. To mount the backwall to a workbench with a top that is larger than 54 inches wide, go to option 2. CC OPTION 1: • Attach (2) C and (2) B to (2) A, as shown, using (8) AA, (8) EE and (8) FF. • Finger tighten. FF • Attach E to right end of D, using (1) AA, (1) CC, (1) EE and (1) FF. • Do not tighten. FF EE AA Front E Back CC STEP 6: D Flange pointed down NOTE: To reattach the top, new pilot holes will need to be marked and drilled. • • • • • • • Attach F to the other end of D in the same manner.
STEP 6 - Continued: (For workbenches with 54" top only.) DD(2) • Drill (2) 1/8" pilot holes in top using holes in C(2) as a template. • Attach using (2) DD. Back Front MAINTENANCE C Periodically the surfaces should be cleaned with a mild detergent and water. C Auto wax will preserve the unit's luster finish. Apply the wax as to a car. The wax will also help protect the unit against scratches. C Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning fluids.

ENSAMBLAJE ADVERTENCIA: El Panel Posterior con Tablero de Metal Backwall sólo debe ser colocado en los siguientes Bancos de Trabajo: WB5002, WB5003, WB5507. PASO 1: NOTA: Para ensamblar la parte posterior, las gavetas y la parte superior deben retirarse primeramente del banco de trabajo. BB(2) REMOCIÓN E INSTALACIÓN DE GAVETAS: CORREDERAS DE FRICCION: EE(2) • Vacíe la gaveta. • Abra por completo la gaveta. Hágala retroceder un cuarto de pulgada, (6 mm).
PASO 2: PASO 3: CC(1) AA(8) EE(8) FF(8) • Instale (1) CC en los salientes de (2) B. Nota: Opción 1 demostrar montaje la pared postierior uno banco de trabajo con la tapa de 137 cm. ASSEMBLAGE AVERTISSEMENT: Le panneau arrière doté du panneau perforé doit seulement être installé à un des établis suivants: WB5002, WB5003, WB5507. ÉTAPE 6 - Suite: (Pour des établis avec le dessus de 137 cm seulement.) DD(2) • Percez (2) avant-trous de 3 mm de profondeur dans la partie supérieure utilisant les trous dans C(2) comme modèle. • Fixer avec (2) DD. Derrière Devant ENTRETIEN • Les surfaces doivent être nettoyées régulièrement avec un détergent doux et de l'eau. • La cire pour voiture protégera l'éclat de la finition de l'ensemble. Appliquez la cire comme sur une voiture.

ZUSAMMENBAUEN WARNUNG: Rückwand mit Metallaufhängeplatte darf nur an folgenden Werkbänken befestigt werden: WB5002, WB5003, WB5507. Hinweis: Einbauvariente1 zeigt die Befestigung des Rückwand zu einem Werktisch mit einer 137 cm Oberseite. Um das Rückwand zu einem Werktisch mit einer Oberseite anzubringen die größer als 137 cm breit ist, gehen siehe Einbauvariante 2. CC EINBAUVARIANTE 1: • Befestigen Sie (2) C und (2) B an (2) A wie abgebildet mithilfe von (8) AA, (8) EE und (8) FF. • Handfest anziehen.
SCHRITT 4: SCHRITT 5: AA(2) CC(2) AA(4) EE(2) EE(4) FF(4) • Ablage wie angegeben einbauen, dazu je vier (4) Teile AA, EE und FF verwenden. • Handfest anziehen. AA FF(2) EE Tablett zusammenbauen. FF EE AA Vorderseite E Rückseite CC SCHRITT 6: HINWEIS: Um das Oberteil wieder anzubauen, müssen neue Führungslöcher markiert und gebohrt werden.
SCHRITT 6 - Fortsetzung: (Für Werktische mit nur einer 137 cm-Oberseite.) DD(2) • Bohren Sie (2) 1/8"-Führungslöche in die Oberseite mit der löcher in den C(2) als schablone. • Mit Teil DD (2) anbauen. Rückseite Vorderseite WARTUNG • Die Oberfläche sollte regelmäßig mit einem milden Reinigungsmittel und Wasser gereinigt werden. • Autowachs erhält die Glanzoberfläche der Bank. Bringen Sie das Wachs wie bei einem Auto auf. Das Wachs schützt außerdem die Bank vor Kratzern.
