Warranty Information
All Water Creation products carry a One-Year Limited warranty unless otherwise stated.
Water Creation One-Year Limited Warranty
Water Creation products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of
purchase. Water Creation will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or make appropriate arrangements to rectify such defects
which occurred from normal usage within the one year. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation,
removal, or labor costs associated. Damages that occurred from improper use or installation, physical damage, and use of
improper cleaning material will void the warranty. To obtain warranty information and instructions, please email rma@water-
creation.com or by calling [phone]. The original purchase receipt must be provided to Water Creation for all warranty
claims.
Water Creation Product Finish Warranty
All product finishes offer by Water Creation carry a One-Year Limited Warranty against defects, with the exception of Polished
Chrome, which carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defect. Physical damages and damages caused by improper cleaning
products are not covered by the warranty. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor

Water Creation Faucet Lifetime Limited Warranty
Water Creation warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser
owns the home. If the faucet should leak or drip from normal use, Water Creation will mail the cartridge necessary to put the
faucet in good working condition free of charge. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or

Water Creation Stainless-Steel Sink Lifetime Limited Warranty
Water Creation warrants its Stainless-Steel Sinks to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential
use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. Water Creation will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or make
appropriate arrangements to rectify such defects which occurred from normal usage within the time that the original purchaser
owns the home. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated. To

Scratching, gloss-reduction, acid buildup, staining, and other issues occurred from use over time are not defects but are results
from normal wear and tear, and thus not covered by the warranty.
