8.8.2 Configuration using “WAGO Ethernet Settings”
The “WAGO Ethernet Settings” program enables you to read system information
about your controller, make network settings and enable/disable the Web server.
Observe the software version!
To configure the controller, use at least Version 06.15.01 dated 2021-02-08 or
newer of “WAGO Ethernet Settings”!
You must select the corresponding interface after launching the “WAGO
ETHERNET Settings”.
You can use the WAGO USB service cable (Item No. 763-401) or the IP network
for data communication.

For this, click “Settings” and then “Communication”.
In the “Communication settings” window that then opens, adapt the settings to
your needs.
