900W Bridge Saw Assembly & Operation Operating Instructions Straight Cuts Remove the saw from its carton, lay carefully on its side. Unfasten blade carriage retaining bolt. Pull down the legs and fasten the four safety brackets to them using the nuts Push the blade carriage to its furthest point away from the operator. Place the tile in position on the cutting table so that it rests against the measuring scale and mitre guide. Make sure the wheels are tightened.
Angular Cuts Place the tile in position on the cutting table so that it rests against the measuring scale and the mitre guide. Tilt the bridge to the desired angle (up to 45O) and re-tighten. 900W Bridge Saw Transportation Remove the cover retaining screws and take off the blade guard. For transportation the saw between jobs, wheels can be mounted at the top of the folded legs, just below the angled stabilising bracket. The saw can now be moved by lifting the handle at the opposite end of the machine. Pump Maintenance Whilst holding the shaft with the spanner wrench, turn the blade retaining nut clockwise to release using the hex wrench.
