VITAFILTA LIMITED ONE YEAR
WARRANTY
This covers the repair (if possible) or replacement of all parts or the entire
cooler if needed. The only exclusions are the filters, which are perishable.
The warranty requires the customer to return their warranty card found
in the user manual or register their unit online. Negligent operation will
not be covered. Examples of negligent operation include using incorrect
power sources, submerging the unit in water or running it through a
washing machine or attempting to make modifications to the unit.
Your product must be registered in order to obtain warranty service.
This can be done on our website www.vitafilta.com or by emailing
[e-mail] with your name, proof of purchase and product
information including the serial # of the cooler. Please list the subject of
the email as “warranty registration”.
All registered VitaFilta coolers have a limited one year warranty on all
parts from the date of original retail purchase and a warranty that the
product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The
warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial
retail purchase, for the period as listed above and is not transferable.
Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain
warranty performance. VitaFilta dealers, service centers, or retail stores
selling VitaFilta products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any
way change the terms and conditions of the warranty.
If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, contact
us at 1-800-803-4582 in order to receive a return authorization and
delivery instructions. Please note we will first try to correct the problem
with replacement parts. Do not return product to VitaFilta without
authorization. You will need to include your name, address, best contact
telephone number and description of the problem. Include a copy of the
original sales receipt. Carefully package the product and send according
to the delivery instructions provided to:
