enetian Worldwide products carry a 90 day warranty against defects, missing parts, and/or shipping
damage. All warranty claims will be handled by the merchant that sold the product.
DAMAGES POLICY
If the carton(s) and/or item(s) is severely damaged, please contact your merchant and they will contact
us. We will arrange for a replacement of damaged product to be rushed out. We will take the quickest
route to remedy the situation. In the event an item must be returned, you are responsible for
cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item can result in additional
charges for the non-returned item. Venetian Worldwide is not responsible for damages that result from
customer abuse and/or customer transportation.
MISSING PARTS POLICY
If parts or pieces of an item are missing, please contact your merchant and they will contact us. We will
either arrange for requested items to be rushed out or request that the purchased item be returned.
