workmanshipundernormal usageandservi ceunderthefollowingterms: 

This appliance has been  desig ned for domes tic ho usehold use. If properly installed, adjusted and
operatedundernormalconditionsinaccordancewithprintedinstructions,
itwillsatisfactorilyperform
thefunctionsthataregenerallyexpe ctedofthistypeofappliance.
Ifyo urappliancefailstodosobe causeofade fectinmateri alorworkma nshipwithinoneyearfromthe 
originaldateofpurchase :
Wewillatouroption,repair,exchange,orcorrectbyother
meansweco nsiderappropriate,anypart(s)
we findtobedefe ctiveexce ptforthesurfacefinish.*D uetoremotelocat ions,it is the customer’s
responsibili ty to bring items to the dealer for review. Any part(s) replaced or repaired will be
warrantedonlyforthebalanceoftheoriginalyear.Customer
isres ponsibleforlabor.
Ownership 
This Warranty is made only to the first purchaser (”original purchaser ”) who acquires this stove for
his/herownuseandwillbehonoredbyUniqueGasProductsLtd.andbytheSeller.Purchasermust
retaintheirreceiptasproofofpurc hasedate.
WarrantyConditions
Thiswarranty
doesnot applyto anyappliance that hasbeensubjected to alterations, misuse,abuse
(includingdamagebyforeignagentsorchemicals),accident,improperinstallationorservice,delivery
damage,orotherthannormal householduseandservice.
ThisUNIQUEstovemust beserviced regularlyasoutlinedintheOwner ’sManual.
Unique
GasProductsLtd .thesellerwillno tbeliablefordire ctorindirectlossoffoodscause dbyfailure
inoperation.Incaseofdamage,theownermustprovideproofofpurchase,Model,andSerialNumber
totheSellerorUniqueGasProductsLtd.
ThiswarrantyisLIMITEDSTR ICTLYtothe
termsindicate dherein,andno otherexpressed warrantiesor 
remediesthereunder shallbebindingonus.
Purchaser’ sResponsibili ties
Thepur chaserwillberesponsibleforthecostsofanyservicecallsrequestedtodemonstrateorconfirm
theproper operation of the appliance, the installation, or to correct malfunctions in the
appearance
createdbytheoperationoftheappli anceinamannernotprescribedbyorcautionedagainstintheuse
andcare instructions.
ModelandSeri alNumber
Theappliancemodelnumberandserialnumbercanbefoundonaratingplateattachedtotherearof
the appliance. The purchaser should
 always use the model  and serial number when talking to or
contactin gthedealer fr omwhomtheappliancewaspurchased. 
