Our products are made to last a lifetime, that’s why we back them with our Lifetime
Mechanical Warranty.
Lifetime Mechanical Warranty
Your Conant Vermont product is warranted against mechanical defects* in material and
workmanship for as long as you own it. The Lifetime Mechanical Warranty covers the
repair or replacement of your product. To qualify for replacement or repair the defective
item(s) must be returned to Conant postage prepaid and per the instructions below.
Your product will be repaired or replaced at our option and at our expense. Any defect
caused by misuse, accident, tampering, or negligence of the user is not covered by this
warranty. Conant will pay the return postage for the repaired or replaced product.
*Defects are defined as flaws that inhibit the correct use of the product. Normal wear
and tear of a product is not covered under the defective parts clause in the Lifetime
Warranty. Warranty does not extend to damage through improper use, improper
cleaning, weather, neglect, abuse, modification, disassembly, or falls.
Please keep your original receipt -- your warranty cannot be honored without it.

Carefully package product, as Conant cannot be responsible for damage in transit, and
send with a brief description of the problem, your name, address, phone number, email,
and proof of purchase to:

Finish is excluded from Lifetime Warranty
The Living Finish of this Vermont product is not warranted. This product is constructed
of brass or copper because of its natural resistance to corrosion. A protective coating is
not applied to the surface of our instruments because no coating will last as long as the
raw metal itself. Within a few months’ exposure to the elements, the product will begin
to age gracefully and naturally to a fine patina. This patina will improve over time and
enhance its natural beauty for years to come.
