LIMITED 180-DAY WARRANTY

What This Warranty Covers: This warranty, which is the only written or expressed

warranty given on this product by Ontel Products Corporation (“Ontel”), covers defects

in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. It applies only to the origi-

nal consumer purchaser, is not transferable, requires proof of purchase, and is valid

only in accordance with the conditions set forth below:

What Is Not Covered: Normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. This

warranty applies to consumer use only, and does not apply when the product is used

in a commercial or institutional setting. This warranty also does not apply if the prod-

uct has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or

unauthorized modification.

Except where prohibited by law, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY

OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS EXCLUDED.

To the extent that the above exclusion of any implied warranty of merchantability or fit-

ness for a particular purpose on this product does not apply, any such implied war-

ranty is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow

the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on

how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Ontel shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this

warranty or any implied warranty on this product.

How Long Coverage Lasts: This warranty is valid for 180 days from the original date

of purchase.

What Ontel Will Do: Ontel will repair or replace your Air Hawk™ Pro (or, if repair or replace-

ment is not feasible, refund the purchase price) at its option. You must arrange to return your

Air Hawk™ Pro to Ontel, and pay for return shipping and handling (see below).

How To Get Service: If warranty service is necessary, pack the Air Hawk™ Pro securely and

send it postage paid with a description of the defect, proof of purchase, and a check or

money order for $14.99 (to cover return shipping and handling) to the following address:

Your Rights Under State Law: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
