Foundation
The foundation must be constructed according to the location-specific requirements
outlined in the provided blueprints and notes, meticulously designed by a structural
engineer, for optimal stability and structural integrity.
It is crucial to have a level foundation in place before starting the construction of the unit.
A level foundation ensures the stability and proper alignment of the structure. If the
foundation is not level, it can lead to issues with the unit's structural integrity and
functionality, and shims may be required.
Shim Plates (if needed): Shim plates may be used between the sill seal and the bottom
