Welcome to the world of RTA (Ready-to-Assembly) Furniture, here are a few important notes
to help you through the Assembly Process.
1- SEPARATE AND STACK – This simple step in the beginning can be a world of help
once assembly starts to go forward. Most RTA furniture comes in many parts, that is
what makes the price so accessible.
a. Wood Panel – Stack up all like piece, such as Drawer Side, fronts, and backs.
Since drawers tend have the most parts!!!
b. Hardware – Separate the hardware the best you can, this can ensure that the
items you need are close and accessible. Hardware consists of a lot of small
screws and parts; a little work here can save a ton of time later.
2- FOLLOW THE STEPS – The assembly manual is set-up in an order of process, so you
don’t get to a step and have to go back because something was not previously done.
3- BREATHE – Don’t feel overwhelmed, RTA furniture has a lot of parts and lots of steps.
